Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Spreadlo (“Spreadlo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Spreadlo lets you upload a video once and publish it to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts that you connect and organize into groups. Spreadlo uses each platform’s official API and acts only on your instructions.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
- You may only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Platform terms
When you publish through Spreadlo you must also follow the rules of each platform you post to, including:
Platforms decide whether and how your posts appear, and may limit, remove or reject them. Spreadlo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram or TikTok.
4. Your content
- You keep all rights to the videos and text you upload.
- You give Spreadlo a limited permission to store, process and transmit your content only to publish it where you instruct.
- You confirm you have the rights needed to publish your content, including music, footage and likenesses.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Spreadlo to:
- Publish illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative or harmful content.
- Send spam, run fake engagement, or manage accounts without authorization.
- Break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the limits of Spreadlo or any platform.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability
We work to keep Spreadlo running, but it is provided “as is”. Posts may be delayed or fail because of platform outages, API changes, expired connections or rate limits. We will show you the status of each post so you can retry.
7. Fees
Spreadlo is currently in early access and free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price before you are charged.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Spreadlo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost reach, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
9. Ending the service
You can stop using Spreadlo and request deletion of your data at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above. Continuing to use Spreadlo means you accept the new terms.
